Cancellation Policy

Thank you for scheduling time with me. To make the most of our session, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. You can manage your booking directly through the confirmation email you receive at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Refunds: Discovery Calls are complimentary and require no payment. For paid Brand Strategy Sessions, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you join late, I'll do my best to extend the session when my schedule allows. I can't guarantee additional time in all cases, so please plan to arrive at your scheduled start time to get the full value of our conversation. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled automatically. Please reach out if something comes up — I'm always happy to work with you.
